Alex Lovorn is our Lead Pastor at Union Community Church. He is passionate about guiding individuals to deeper faith and meaningful impact in their communities. With a heart for teaching and mentoring, Alex enjoys equipping others to grow in their relationship with Christ and make a difference in the world. He earned a Masters of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary after completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Alabama. Alex and his wife, Allison, have been married since embarking on their ministry journey together. They are proud parents to their son. Alex cherishes the opportunity to serve alongside the congregation since joining the staff in September of 2023. He finds inspiration in Romans 8:31 and Philippians 2:3, shaping his ministry with a focus on unity and humility.
